BRETFORTON retained their Wychavon Parish Games men’s darts crown after pipping Pinvin in a thrilling five-leg final.
Bretforton claimed their third successive title against a Pinvin side, who had never before reached the final.
The match was a very close and very exciting affair, with the result decided on the last leg.
In the end, Bretforton prevailed narrowly by three legs to two.
Pinvin and Bretforton will also be meeting in the final of the dominoes competition.
Inkberrow and Hill and Moor will be battling it out in the final of the annual pool event.
The final of the skittles competition also promises to be a closely-fought affair and is between Badsey &Aldington and Wick.
All the trophies will be presented at Wychavon Parish Games’ presentation evening, which will take place on Thursday, November 26 at Lower Moor Village Hall.
