Hylton Road closure lifted
HYLTON Road, alongside the Severn in Worcester, is open to traffic again.
The main road has been closed since the weekend as flood waters started to rise in the river and the flood defences had to be closed.
Meanwhile officers from the Environment Agency had been pumping water and sewage from the road as it rose up through the drains having been forced through by the surging river.
