Willersey crash biker in "critical but stable" condition

A MOTORCYCLIST is in a critical but stable condition following a crash with a bus in Willersey.
The 33-year-old local man suffered serious head injuries, a fracture to his left arm and several broken ribs after the collision with a Castleways single deck bus just before 5.30pm on Friday (16) on Broadway Road at the corner with Main Street.
The rider of the black Suzuki Bandit, who was wearing a distinctive black and white camouflage jacket, was flown to Queen Elizabeth Hospital for treatment where he remains in critical but stable condition.
The bus driver, a 52-year-old local man, escaped unharmed and there were no passengers onboard at the time.
