SUDELEY Castle and Gardens is the venue for a re-enactment of the War of the Roses this weekend, August 22 and 23.
Visitors will be transported back to the age of Yorkist, King Richard III, who fell at the battle on Bosworth Field on August 22 1485 at the hands Lancastrian, Henry Tudor.
The ‘Loyaulte Me Lie - Richard III Medieval Weekend’ - will have a Medieval living history encampment, see craftsmen at work and have a go at archery.
There will also be music and dancing, knights, men-at-arms and Richard III himself on his horse, White Surrey.
Richard III owned Sudeley Castle twice in his lifetime.
