AN appeal against refusal of planning permission has been lodged with the Secretary of State for the Environment.
The appeal, which is to be dealt with by written representations, relates to the change of use of an agricultural building, off Mickleton Road, Mickleton, into a dwelling. Comments to The Planning Inspectorate, Bristol, have to be received by December 2.
