TRAINS running through Malvern and Hereford are being delayed because of a signalling problem that occurred earlier today at Hanborough, near Oxford.
The problem caused delays to First Great Western services running to and from London Paddington and the south coast, and although it has now been fixed, knock-on effects mean that some services are still running late and will not call at some stations.
Congestion also affected a few London Midland services between Hereford and Birningham New Street, with trains being terminated early.
