A 41-YEAR-OLD homeless man is alleged to have broken into a Moreton-in-Marsh store and stolen more than £17,000 worth of clothes.
Christopher Thomas allegedly entered Henry's in the town's Oxford Street on March 2 as a trespasser and stole £17,002.92p worth of clothing, Cheltenham magistrates were told.
Thomas, who has pleaded not guilty, will appear at Gloucester Crown Court on February 23 for a pre-trial hearing.
He has been granted unconditional bail until that date.
