AN end of life home nursing Trust which cares for terminally ill people within a seven-mile radius of Chipping Campden is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year with a series of fundraising events, beginning with a clothes and accessories sale.

Campden Area Home Nursing Trust has cared for 600 people in their homes since it began and covers the town and the surrounding area including Broadway, Evesham, Dumbleton, Snownhill, Blockley, Stretton and Honeybourne.

It is a free service to families and is entirely self-funded through donations, fundraising and bequests and requires around £50,000 a year to run.

On Saturday April 25, staff are organising a Primark to Prada pre-loved clothes and accessories sale at The Cotswold Hotel, in Chipping Campden. The sale is open from 10am to 3pm and admission is £3.

"We already have lots of items that have been donated including fabulous shoes, handbags, clothes and hats so now we are hoping for lots of customers," said Trust chairman Sarah Taylor.
