STAFF at a Chipping Campden care home are celebrating after receiving top marks in their latest inspection.
Mill House Care Home was inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to assess how well the service is treating people with respect, quality of care provision, safeguarding and safety, staffing and management.
CQC inspectors spoke to residents, relatives and members of staff at the home on Sheep Street and gave it the highest possible marks for level of care after it met the required standards in all five areas.
Sherrie Hume, Mill House Manager, said: “We are delighted that the hard work done each and every day by our team has been recognised through this positive report.
“First and foremost Mill House is our residents’ home. It is a pleasure to provide a service for so many wonderful people, but it is always nice to hear you’re getting things right.”
