BLOCKLEY residents are preparing to turn out their treasures for the third time, following the huge success of last year’s Open Garages Day.
The day of de-cluttering and bargain hunting is back by popular demand – and it is hoped even more people will come along Last year’s Open Day brought buyers and browsers into Blockley from as far a field as Cheltenham, Evesham and Chipping Norton. They went home loaded with antiques and gifts, items of furniture, good quality clothes and toys.
The event is organised to raise funds for new lighting at the village hall.
