A £3.5MILLION house in the Cotswolds is up for grabs in a prize draw.

Within walking distance from Chipping Campden, the property comes complete with a 10m heated pool and gym.

The four-bedroom home is the grand prize of the Omaze Million Pound House Draw, with the winner also receiving £100,000 to help them settle in.

The draw is backed by singer Lemar and will help support the work of the NSPCC.

Lemar said: “The NSPCC has been protecting children for over 100 years – the work that they do is truly life-changing.

''Everyone who enters will be contributing towards the charity’s Speak Out Stay Safe safeguarding programme, which is available in all primary schools in the UK and Channel Islands.

“Through Omaze’s innovative approach to fundraising, the Cotswolds draw will help the NSPCC continue its incredible work helping to make millions of children safer from abuse.”

The Cotswold draw is the second time Omaze has partnered with the NSPCC.

Omaze has guaranteed a minimum donation of £100,000 and has a target of at least £500,000 - that will be allocated to the Speak out Stay Safe programme.

James Oakes at Omaze said: “We’re very proud to be partnering with the NSPCC again for our latest house draw in the Cotswolds.

''By offering this beautiful property, along with £100,000 in cash, we’re giving people the chance to live mortgage and rent-free for the rest of their life - as well as raising money for charities whilst introducing them to brand new audiences.”

The draw closes on Sunday, June 25, for online entries and Tuesday, June 27, for postal entries.
