Police are investigating after a man tried to rob a woman in Chipping Campden.
A man in tracksuit approached a woman outside Weighbridge Court and attempted to take her shopping bags.
He ran off towards Back Ends after the woman resisted.
Now, Gloucestershire Constabulary is appealing for witnesses.
The incident happened at around 10.50am on Friday, March 10.
The man was unknown to the woman and had already walked past her once before returning to try and snatch her belongings.
He has been described as white, 6ft tall and of an athletic build.
He was said to be wearing a grey tracksuit with a hoodie as well as a woolly hat pulled down to his eyes and something orange over his mouth.
The victim was not injured, and nothing was stolen.
Investigating officers are asking anyone who witnessed what happened or who has dashcam/CCTV footage from the time to make contact.
