A main road in the Cotswolds has been closed following a 'serious' crash.
Police in Gloucestershire have confirmed that the A429 has been closed after a collision.
The road is closed between Tesco and Lower Rye Farm.
Police have advised motorists to find alternative routes as the closure will remain in place for several hours.
A spokesperson for Gloucestershire Constabulary said: "Emergency services are currently at the scene of a serious collision on the A429 Stow Road, in Stow.
"The road has been closed between Tesco and Lower Rye Farm.
"The closure will be in place for a number of hours and motorists are advised to find alternative routes."
