TWO cars and an HGV were involved in a crash yesterday (20) on the A40.
Fire crews from Witney Fire Station and Kidlington Fire Station were called at 3.40pm to the incident in the Westbound lanes from the Curbridge roundabout towards Burford.
Pictures show a white Audi with the passenger side wheel missing and the front bonnet smashed in. A black BMW could be seen in a grassy verge on the side of the road while the HGV appeared to have little damage.
Thames Valley Police had closed the road off from 4.30pm while Thames Valley Air Ambulance and South Central Ambulance Service assessed everyone involved.
Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service said that everyone involved will “make a full recovery” but warned everyone to be safe while driving.
