A SHIPSTON driver has been banned from driving for two years after pleading guilty to drink-driving.
David King, 35, admitted before magistrates at Leamington Spa on April 25 to driving with 94 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
The offence occurred in Birmingham Road, Stratford, on April 9.
King, of Greenway Road, was also ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work, pay costs of £135 and a victim surcharge of £85.
