Driver accused of causing death of Winchcombe woman due in court
A Man will appear in court accused of causing death by dangerous driving following a crash in Woodmancote where a Winchcombe woman died.
Brian Jones, 53, of Hyatts Way, Bishop's Cleeve, will appear at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on Tuesday January 5 to face the charges which also include causing death while uninsured.
Janice Taylor, 56, from Winchcombe, died following the crash, which happened when a van collided with her car at about 5.45pm on Friday September 11 2015.
