CHIPPING Norton Lido is being sponsored for the next 12 months by social enterprise company, The Phone Co-op, which is also providing it with its phone and broadband services.
The Phone Co-op’s chief executive Vivian Woodell, a Chipping Norton resident said: “As a local business and fellow social enterprise, we are very happy to provide services to The Lido. It’s not just a place where families and locals can exercise and cool down in the Summer sunshine but a real hub for our local community that we wholly support.’
The Lido has a schedule of events for the summer and dogs are even invited for a swim this September before the pool gets refreshed.
