WITH reference to the story about the plight of the blind twin sisters (Journal, November 6) and the challenge they face to get around town safely. In a way it applies to us all, as I have said before the town is a mess.
I have been trying to get information on the legality about the ways our pavements are being cluttered up with tables and chairs, and traders putting there wares on display for sale outside their shops.
It all has to stop. Anything on the pavements needs to be approved in the correct way and if the councillors cannot do this then they should step down to make way for those who can.
I have been passed from pillar to post finding things out. There left hands that don't know what right hands are doing.
I have nothing against tables and chairs, but it has to be controlled. More voices need to be heard.
