THE streets have come alive in a Herefordshire town as the annual May Fair returned today (Thursday).
Jan Lockett took footage of people having fun in Leominster, including on a bungee ride and the traditional teacups.
The fair is in the town from today (Thursday) until Saturday (May 4) with several roads closed until 8am on Sunday (May 5).
This includes part of Broad Street, Corn Street, Victoria Street and Corn Square.

During the fair, disabled people and their carers can ride for free on the waltzer, dodgems and sizzler at certain times. Anyone eligible is asked to meet at the dodgems in Corn Square at 10.30am tomorrow (Friday).
The Hereford May Fair, meanwhile, will be from Tuesday (May 7) to next Thursday (May 9). Again there will be road closures in the city centre.
As per a 900-year-old tradition, there will be an official ceremony to open the fair. This will be at Cathedral Close at 3.45pm on Tuesday, where the Mayor will offer 12-and-a-half bushels to the Lord Bishop as payment for allowing the fair to proceed.
