BROMSGROVE Sporting increased their goal difference column to +41 after hammering Lowestoft Town 6-0 at the Victoria Ground.

Richard Gregory got second-placed Bromsgrove up and running after just six minutes and added a second seven minutes later.

A quickfire Shaquille McDonald brace in the 34th and 37th minutes made it a comfortable 4-0 half-time lead for Brendan Kelly’s side in front of 1,110 fans.

McDonald went on to complete his hat-trick seven minutes after the restart.

And Gregory did likewise with 18 minutes left of the BetVictor Southern League Premier Division Central clash.

Tamworth still lead the table by two points after a fairly routine 2-0 win at rock-bottom Redditch United’s Trico Stadium with goals from Liam Hearn after 20 minutes and Luke Little just after the break.

Second-from-bottom Alvechurch proved little trouble for third-placed Peterborough Sports who won 3-0 at the Bee Arena.

Dion Sembie-Ferris on the half-hour mark and then six minutes into the second half put Sports two up before Cameron Johnson swooped 15 minutes from time.

Church will host a young Kidderminster Harriers side in the Worcestershire FA Senior Cup semi-finals on Wednesday night (7.45pm).

Eighth-placed Evesham United beat Division One South play-off rivals Melksham Town 1-0 in front of 221 fans at the Jubilee Stadium.

A goal 13 minutes from time by loanee Jamie Lucas eventually proved enough to move the Robins to within two points of the top five.
