A SUPERB second-half performance saw Offenham Rovers come from behind to inflict a first defeat of the season on reigning champions Bretforton Old Boys 6-3.

Old Boys had scored through Luis Sone, James Stride and Manpreet Singh in the Birdseye Sports Evesham Sunday League Division One clash.

But goals from Jake Hall (2), Stuart Davis, David Waters, Ben Higgins and James Cresswell earned Rovers a famous victory.

Bretforton Sports Club closed the gap at the top, defeating Mickleton Rangers 6-2 through Ben Johns (2), George Kirby (2), Ciaran Gilbert and Andrew Griffiths.

Rangers' goals came from Joe Godson and David Moore.

Luke Woodfield (4), Jack Philpott and Ryan Attwood secured TDMS Harvington three valuable points against New Inn Pershore 6-2.

Ashton 88 continue to set the pace in Division Two following a 2-1 victory at Drakes Broughton Rangers thanks to goals from Matthew Ingle and Ben Hutchings with Matt Greenwood replying.

Fladbury won 4-2 at Stratford HGC through Jake Jordan (2), Cameron Dickenson and Max Ferriday while Nick Dyde and Harvey Moon pulled goals back.

In Division Three, Ashton 88 Reserves were 9-0 winners over Titans with Graham Begley (3), Lewis Carter (3), Bruno Cardoso, George Richens and Jake Brotherton netting.

Holders Evesham WMC were knocked out of the PURR Home Services Knockout Cup by Division Three side Alderman United 4-3.

Jake Petitt (2), Ben Driscoll and Nicholas Hill scored for the Tewkesbury side with Tom Barber, Elliott Grady and Matt Irons on target for the Workies.

Division Two's Stour Excelsior knocked top-flight club Broadway United out of the Mick Godwin Cup 4-2.

On a heavy pitch goals from Jamie Vadasz, Joshi Gibbs, Ed Caswell and Jamie Shurmer put the Shipston side through with Will Aspey and Louie Sutton scoring for Broadway.

Cropthorne progressed, winning 4-0 at Harvington Harriers through Tom Barton, Neil Taylor, Leon Williams and Kyle Ballard.
