A HOME duo won The Vale seniors pairs open.
There were 100 players from 24 clubs but Bryn Keast and Andy Jinks took the honours with 44 points on countback.
Brian Bunn and Mike Roberts were edged into second followed by John Milward and David Webb on 43.
Away team winners were Steve Young from Evesham and Kevin Lloyd from The Vale on 43.
Robert Pearson and Alan Lamasz from The Staffordshire followed on countback with Jim Wilde and Colin Jones from The Worcestershire third on 42.
Nearest the pin on the fifth was Terry Hughes from Druids Heath and on the 17th in two was David Walker.
Jill Millard and Marilyn Morris did a raffle and Will Reading organised the twos competition which raised £620 for Evesham and District Mental Health Services and the British Heart Foundation.
