SOUTHWELL will stage a replacement jumps meeting on Sunday after the scheduled card at Worcester was called off.

The Nottinghamshire venue will step into the breach as the city track is waterlogged after the neighbouring River Severn broke its banks.

The programme at Southwell will be based around the seven races lost at Worcester wherever possible.

Worcester chiefs had cancelled last Saturday evening's meeting due to the flooding.

The next scheduled racing at Pitchcroft is on Wednesday afternoon next week.
