THE Birdseye Sports Evesham Sunday Football League Division One title race looks all but over following the weekend results.

Reigning champions Bretforton Old Boys thrashed Mickleton Rangers 11-0 while neighbours Bretforton Sports Club fell to a shock 1-0 defeat at Offenham Rovers.

Old Boys' goals came from Manprit Singh (3), Sam Beddoes (2), Dan Trotman, Robbie Sone, Ryan Reeves, Harry Jacobs, Sean Cooke and Greg Charman.

Rovers defeated Sports Club with a second-half goal from Jake Hall.

Inkberrow are second, hitting double figures against Tewkesbury Town 10-0 through Luke Allcock (4), Alex Griffiths (3), Tom Emblem, Robert Guy and Sam Steele.

Evesham WMC thrashed New Inn Pershore 6-2 thanks to Dan Hartland (3), Elliott Grady, Ryan Dixon and Matt Iorns with Kyle Ballard on target in reply.

Alderton moved within four points of promotion in Division Two with a 4-1 victory over TDMS Evesham.

James Ellis and George Smith both netted twice with Ben Cole scoring for TDMS.
