Police stopped the driver on the A49
POLICE in Herefordshire arrested a driver on suspicion of drug driving and possession of drugs after stopping their vehicle on the 449.
OPU Herefordshire said: “The driver hastily extinguishing a cigarette containing some exotic ‘tobacco' as officers approached.”
