A WOMAN has been jailed for assaulting two key workers in Herefordshire.

Kimberley Louise Broadbent, 25, admitted two counts of assault by beating when she appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster on March 27.

The court heard Broadbent had assaulted the two female key workers in Leominster the day before, on March 26.

Magistrates said the offence was serious, as it involved assaults on key workers during the Covid-19 situation.

Broadbent, who is from Leominster, was jailed for 16 weeks and ordered to pay costs of £122.
