PEOPLE in Worcester appear to be doing well at staying inside during the current lockdown.
Readers have sent us numerous pictures of empty streets at peak times.
The High Street and surrounding city centre, usually buzzing with life and the noise of people going about their day, have been replaced by an eerie silence and emptiness.
The pictures would suggest that people are listening to government advice and staying home to prevent coronavirus spreading and harming others. It also means that vital emergency services are free to give their full care and attention to those who need it during this pandemic.

Although it is sad and rather unsettling to see the empty streets, the hope is that abiding by the government’s guidance will help to keep us all safe.
