Fundraisers are looking to make this the biggest Dementia UK tea party yet.
Pershore locals are sprinkling the final bits of icing sugar on their cakes and drying off their mugs for Dementia UK’s Time for a Cuppa. The event brings together colleagues, neighbours, friends and family over a cuppa and some cake – while raising money for more dementia specialist Admiral Nurses, who give life-changing support to families facing dementia.
Admiral Nurses provide the specialist dementia support that families need.
The event will be taking place on Saturday, March 7 from 10:00 am – 12:00 noon at Coffee #1 on the High Street in Pershore. Local singer Eve Lyn will be entertaining the attendees.
Organiser Helen Fowler says: “We’re all really excited to make Time for a Cuppa for Dementia UK. This event is all about spending time with the people who are close to you whilst also raising funds and awareness of the incredible work which Admiral Nurses do.”
