A BILLBOARD site in Kidderminster is set to go under the hammer with a guide price of £100k.

The former advertising site on Comberton Hill, next to Tesco Express, will be auctioned off by Strettons in London tomorrow (Thursday, February 20).

The vacant, 3,521 square foot site is owned by advertising agency JC Decaux and could be used to develop houses in the future amongst other possible uses.

Director of auctions Andrew Brown at Strettons said: “The plots are the latest in a series of land investment sites we have sold on behalf of JC Decaux.

"Given their use as billboard locations, many of the sites sit in prominent positions so could suit a range of uses, from keeping them as advertising locations, to developing them into houses, subject to the necessary consents.

“I am looking forward to getting our 2020 auctions calendar underway and seeing how our diverse range of properties perform on the day."

Strettons’ February auction will take place at 12pm in Holborn at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms, Great Queen Street, London.
