A BROMSGROVE man who obstructed two police officers in the execution of their duty has been fined.

Gavin Patton, aged 41 of Byron Way, Catshill, was fined a total of £80 and ordered to pay costs of £200 and a victim surcharge of £32.

Patton admitted two charges of obstructing police, Worcestershire magistrates took his guilty pleas into account when deciding on the sentence.

Also before Worcestershire magistrates:

Craig Walker, aged 48, of The Holloway, Droitwich Spa, was given a community order, fined £40 and ordered to pay £135 costs and a £90 victim surcharge.

Walker had admitted five charges of breaching a restraining order imposed by Worcester magistrates under the Prevention of Harassment Act.

Faye Stote, aged 48, from Broad Street, Bromsgrove, was banned from driving for 23 months and instructed to take part in a drink impaired drivers programme after she admitted driving with excess alcohol in her breath.

Stote was also fined £387 and instructed to pay £135 costs and a £90 victim surcharge.
