TRAFFIC flow will return to normal this evening in St John's after a problematic water sluice valve has now been repaired.
A spokeswoman for Wocestershire County Council Highways said the tarmac layer needs time to set before it can be driven on.
A sluice valve is designed to control the flow of water through a pipe.
The valve has been repaired by Severn Trent ahead of the scheduled October 16 completion date.
