THIS is Jimmy, a white, brown and black seven-year-old smooth haired Jack Russell terrier looking for his forever home.

He is in the care of RSPCA Worcester & Mid-Worcestershire Branch, and is described as a typical Jack Russell who needs a new home with no children or other pets, as he likes his humans all to himself.

Geraldine Haynes, branch trustee, said: "Jimmy's ideal home is where he could be one to one. A new owner, preferably with knowledge of the breed, needs to be fully committed to him and prepared to put in the time and effort.

"Jimmy just needs someone with patience and understanding who will love him and he will be a loyal little friend.

"He is in good condition, housetrained, neutered, vaccinated and microchipped."

Please ring Geraldine on 01886 822083 if you feel you could offer Jimmy the loving home he deserves. Visit rspca-worcester.org for other rescued animals seeking adoption.

The branch's rescue and rehoming centre at The Holdings in Holdings Lane, Kempsey, Worcester WR5 3FP is open every day (except Wednesdays) between 11am and 4pm to meet cats and rabbits needing new homes or ring 01905 821272 (option 2). Dogs are not on site and continue to be boarded at private kennels.
