A WOMAN was taken to hospital after the car she was driving crashed into a skip in the early hours of this morning (Monday) in Halesowen.
The crash happened on Woodbury Road, at around 5.45am.
The driver of a Ford Fiesta, who is in her 40s, got out of her vehicle herself and was assessed at the scene before being taken by ambulance to Birmingham's Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
A spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said her injuries were not believed to be serious.
The road, which was closed while firefighters from Haden Cross and Oldbury made the scene safe, was cleared by 7.20am.
