MALVERN Male Voice Choir’s annual concert is returning to Holy Trinity Church.

All are welcome at the concert which is called 'Keep the Music Flowing' and will include songs from the shows, songs from parts of the British Isles and a cross section of 20th century music from America, including a couple of hits by Paul Simon.

Joining the Choir for the concert will be the Choir’s previous accompanist, Tim Sidford, who will be performing with several students he accompanies at Malvern St James.

As well as the music, there will be interval refreshments.

Charles Pavey, the Choir’s conductor said: “We are having a busy summer and it’s good to start with a concert at our home.

“It will be an early summer’s evening celebration of male voice choir singing with some inspiring performances from our guests.

“The Choir will be joined by another guest, Ruth Melhuish, so it really will be a very full evening of music performed by musicians from around the town.”

The show will be at Holy Trinity Church at 7.30pm on Saturday, May 18.

Tickets cost £10.00, although 18s and under are free, and are available to be bought in advance by calling 01684 561126 or at Burley’s Hairdressers, Worcester Road, Great Malvern.
