AS a gloomy January comes to an end there will be a chance to enjoy the birds at Shropshire Hills Discovery Centre.
The team at the Centre will be celebrating the RSPB Big Garden Birdwatch on Saturday, January 26, where visitors will be treated to a day dedicated to birds and all things flying.
Visitors to the Discovery Centre, just off the A49 in Craven Arms, can get up close to Chris Neal’s Birds of Prey.
Chelmarsh Owl Sanctuary will be bringing a variety of lovely owls for visitors to see.
There will also be Butterfly Conservation and the British Dragonfly Society alongside RSPB, all on hand with information and advice.
Onny Meadows at the centre is a wildlife haven.
The Centre’s café will be serving bird-themed treats alongside their usual menu.
