The children of St Peter’s Droitwich CE Academy came together to celebrate the school’s Harvest Festival.  Services were held at St Peter’s Church on Wednesday, October 10 and Thursday, October 11 where everyone joined in with popular Harvest songs and celebrations.

The EYFS children produced colourful collages of fruits, vegetables and harvest crops and had also worked together in writing a class prayer.

The service on Thursday was led by Mrs Rachel Rean who ended with a noisy activity where everyone was invited to shout out all the things they would like to say thank you for.

The whole school had collected tins and dried food items to donate to the Droitwich Food Bank, a project founded by local churches and community groups, working together towards stopping hunger in the local area.
