A 28-YEAR-OLD Mickleton man has been sent to Gloucester Crown Court for trial for having shotguns without a licence.
Daniel Smith of Cedar Road, Mickleton, near Chipping Campden is charged with possessing a single-barrelled and a double-barrelled shotgun without a licence on August 30.
When he appeared before Cheltenham Magistrates on Wednesday October 18 he was also charged of conspiring with Christopher Reynold between August 22 and August 31 to possess both shotguns without a licence.
Smith was granted conditional bail until November 16 when he will face the crown court.
