With another record-breaking set of GCSE results, it’s not surprising that parents have recently given Shipston High School top marks in a recent survey of parents’ opinions. The survey covered an extensive range of topics including how well the students achieved at the school and how much they enjoyed their lessons and extra-curricular activities. More than 90 per cent of parents gave the school top ratings. One parent said: “Shipston High School offers all the advantages of a private education including high standards; small classes; personal care; success in an amazing range of activities and a genuine ‘can do’ culture. “And all this without the cost!”
The school is holding an open evening on September 23 followed by two open mornings on September 29-30, so prospective parents can come and find out about “the best kept secret” for miles around.
