LAST week we went on our mystery trip. Our driver Darren, said our destination would take approximately two and a half hours. During the journey he invited us to guess where we were going, giving us hints along the way.
Most members were surprised when we ended up in Cambridge.
Our first stop was the American war cemetery.
We then made our way to the centre of Cambridge to spend the rest of the day at leisure. Some members visited the Kings College Chapel and other college buildings. As it was a nice day several members walked along the banks of the river Cam, others visited the shopping centre and market.
We all agreed it was a fantastic day out.
