A CAR was completely burnt out after it went up in flames near Bourton.
Firefighters were called at 4.39pm yesterday to reports of a barn fire on the A436 , three miles from the village.
Two crews from Stow attended the incident but on arrival found a car on fire on private land, which had spread to a nearby shed.
The vehicle was completely burnt out and 15 per cent of the 10m by 20m workshop has been damaged by the blaze. Fire crews were on the scene for about an hour and a half.
A Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Spokesman said the fire was “accidental” and there was nothing suspicious.
