TWO homeless men and a homeless woman have been charged with breaching a partial closure order in Cirencester.
Three people were arrested on Tuesday, July 14 on suspicion of remaining on or entering premises in contravention of a closure order.
Adam Saunders, aged 34, Aleksandr Hartanovic, aged 47, and Katie Moss, aged 20, all of no fixed abode, were subsequently charged with the offence, Gloucestershire Constabulary said.
The force additionally said Saunders was also charged in connection with stealing goods worth £475 from a retail store in Cirencester last month.
Saunders, Hartanovic and Moss have been released on conditional bail and are due to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on Tuesday, August 18.
Police secured a partial closure order following reports of antisocial behaviour at a property in the Watermoor area last month.
The closure order, which was granted at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on Tuesday, June 23, prohibits anyone except certain named individuals and agencies to be inside or on the property for the next three months.
