Southerndown Care Home hosted a special festival event, which brought together residents, relatives, friends and members of the local community for an afternoon of music.
Entertainment was led by Thomas, whose performance had residents singing, clapping and dancing throughout the afternoon.
Shirley, a resident at the home, said: "I thoroughly enjoyed the day surrounded by lots of great people.
"Staff did a great job, not just on the day, but organising the event and getting everyone together."
A standout moment for many was the visit from a local ice cream van, giving residents the chance to enjoy a treat and reminisce about childhood summers.
Subra Krishnan, general manager at Southerndown Care Home, said: "Staff at Southerndown are dedicated to making sure that the home is a hub of the local community, and this event, along with all their hard work, has definitely paid off.
"It was a resounding success."
The care home is part of Barchester Healthcare, one of the UK’s largest care providers.
The home provides residential care, nursing care and dementia care for 82 residents.
