Chipping Norton Pride set to return for its fourth year

The Cotswolds event will take place on July 25, from 11am to 5pm, with an evening afterparty at the town hall from 7pm until late.

This year’s theme, Love Out Loud, will celebrate the support Chipping Norton Pride has received from the community, allies and the LGBTQIA+ community.

"Each year the support we receive grows louder and this year we want to reflect that by creating a celebration that’s more vibrant, more inclusive, and more joyful than ever.

"It will be a chance for everyone to come together, be themselves, and celebrate something truly special."

Events will include performances, market and food stalls, and a returning raffle.

Guests will have time to get ready before heading to the town hall for an evening of entertainment and music.

Luke Embden, a world-renowned illustrator and Chipping Norton resident, will design the official art and merchandise for this year’s event.

Councillor Sandra Coleman, Mayor for Chipping Norton, added: "Love Out Loud speaks not only to the spirit of the day, but to the kind of community we are proud to be – one that embraces diversity, champions inclusion, and stands firmly alongside its LGBTQIA+ residents and visitors.

"Events like this do more than bring people together for celebration; they help foster understanding, strengthen connections, and create a sense of belonging that reaches far beyond the town itself.

"Chipping Norton and the wider area continue to show that acceptance and allyship are not just values we speak about, but something we actively live."

Patrons of the charity include Lord Glendonbrook CBE, Martin Ritchie, Rachael Kerr, and Lizzie Pickering.
