Maya Jama has purchased countryside retreat in the Cotswolds

The three-bedroom cottage, located near Chipping Norton in the Cotswolds, was bought for £520,000 in December 2025 through her company, Penny Property Holdings.

The Love Island presenter incorporated the property firm in September.

Publicly listed on booking platforms, the cottage is available to rent for around £374 per night.

Though Jama occasionally stays at the cottage, guests booking two nights or more are treated to a "locally sourced welcome basket" upon arrival.

The property has been well received, earning a four out of five rating on one platform and an impressive 4.96 out of five on Airbnb.

Features include a rustic kitchen, feature fireplace, outdoor dining area, on-site parking, free Wi-Fi, and complimentary toiletries.

Ms Jama is now part of a celebrity set in the Cotswolds, which includes Sir David and Lady Victoria Beckham, Kate Moss, and Simon Cowell.

She first revealed the purchase during an Instagram Q&A last year.

Ms Jama said: “To answer my DMs right now lol I also bought a house in the Cotswolds last year so I’ll be there sometimes, maybe I need to do a lil catch up life update vid or something soon.”

The cottage adds to her growing property portfolio, which she has spoken about in recent months.

Her relationship with Manchester City footballer Ruben Dias ended in April after about 18 months together.

Ms Jama addressed the break-up on social media.

She said: "Truth is, even when I tried to keep my relationships private, we get photographed anyway.

"I’m an all-or-nothing girl.

"I don’t casually date, so yes, I will love loudly or not at all, and if it ends, it ends.

"I decided a long time ago not to base personal life decisions on public opinions."

The pair met in November 2024 at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Manchester and began dating soon after.
