A rail film archivist and presenter plans to bring his latest show to Moreton in Marsh.

Pershore-based Michael Clemens is set to showcase "Return to Steam Through the Cotswolds" at St David's Centre, Church Street, on Friday, June 5, at 7pm.

The event is part of a series celebrating the 200th anniversary of the Stratford Moreton Railway, the first railway in the area.

The horse-drawn tramway was first operational in 1826.

The show will feature vintage footage of the Hereford-Worcester-Oxford-London line, long-lost Cotswold branch lines, and rare film of the former Moreton-Shipston branch line, which closed pre-Beeching in 1960.

Tickets are available on the door for £5.
