According to the Daily Star, Mr Clarkson is set to be sued by a fan who broke her ribs and sliced her hand in his pub’s car park.
The former Top Gear and Grand Tour star purchased The Windmill pub in Asthall for around £1m over two years ago.
Mr Clarkson renovated the spot for several months before opening its doors to the public in August 2024.

The watering hole near Burford, renamed The Farmer's Dog, has proved a popular addition with fans flocking to the spot over the past year.
However, Elizabeth Palmby, 68, from Scunthorpe had a less enjoyable experience when she visited recently.
She told the Daily Star that she caught her foot on one of the upturned aluminium sheets in the on-site car park and her feet went from underneath her.
She badly damaged her knee and also had to have a scar on her hand treated at Witney hospital.
Later she was provided with a complimentary meal and new eggs after she had broken previous ones in a fall.
With a row rumbling over Mr Clarkson leasing the nearby field to use as an overflow car park, he was given planning permission by West Oxfordshire District Council last month.
This was for a permanent 170-space car park and the ‘formalising’ of staff parking at The Farmer’s Dog in Asthall.
Meanwhile the temporary overflow car park has been in place outside the pub with protective sheets placed across the ground reportedly to combat the wet weather’s muddy effects.
Cars have been directed to park here via signs on the B4047 near the entrance to the pub and its regular car park.
This all comes after a separate retrospective planning application was submitted to West Oxfordshire District Council in September 2025.
This sought permission to retain the use of the land as a temporary car park to serve the restaurant to the north west.
The application said: "The Farmer’s Dog started trading just over a year ago and has proven to be very popular.
"There is parking on site, but in order to deal with the level of demand, alternative arrangements were made to ensure the safe movement of vehicles and people to and from the site.
"Initially, the use proceeded under the temporary use rights, which allowed the land to be used for 28 days in a calendar year.

"However, those days have been exceeded and as such an application has been invited by the Local Planning Authority to regularise the temporary use."
The retrospective planning application is yet to be decided, with the West Oxfordshire District Council website stating the application expiry date was on December 23.
Ms Palmby called the scar on her hand from the fall a “gaping open and jagged ugly wound”.
Jack Klein of Express Solicitors which is handling her claim called it a “horrific injury” adding that “celebrities are not above the law” and that they must make their premises safe.
