A man who stalked NHS and care staff in a campaign of harassment has been given a suspended prison sentence.
Michael Meszaros, 65, of Butts Walk, Cheltenham, targeted workers from Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust, and Hope Care Service Agency, accusing them of failing to provide adequate care for his late wife, Lucy.
He later began stalking staff, filming them at their workplaces and posting derogatory comments online.
Ms Bolton said: "The false claims made me feel embarrassed and it was difficult to make myself well."
Meszaros pleaded guilty to three counts of stalking and was given an 18-month suspended prison sentence, a £300 fine, and an indefinite restraining order at Gloucester Crown Court.
The court heard he became a full-time carer for his wife after she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2004 and later dementia in 2017.
He raised concerns about her care before she died in 2023.
Recorder Richard Mawhinney said: "Your conduct caused extreme alarm and psychological harm.
"However you have shown a level of remorse and your health conditions and other matters – including pleading guilty – I take into account."

Other staff described feeling anxious, suffering nightmares, and needing to be escorted to their cars after work.
The harassment took place between February 2021 and March 2024.
The court was told that Meszaros suffers from several disorders, including anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder.
