Jeremy Clarkson has said he hates litterers "more than racists or paedophiles".
The TV star is known for his motoring knowledge, starring on Top Gear and The Grand Tour as well as his newly found farming skills, shown on Clarkson's Farm.
As well as this, the 65-year-old's strong opinions on a variety of topics also garnered attention after often featuring in his various columns for national newspapers.
The latest of these comes in Mr Clarkson's latest writings for The Sunday Times, which has seen the presenter wade in after a woman was fined £150 for pouring her coffee down a drain in Richmond.

Prompting a considerable public reaction, people largely thought the fine handed to Burcu Yesilyurt, which was eventually rescinded, was unfair.
Mr Clarkson wrote in the new piece that he hoped the council's enforcement officers were given "a slap-up lunch at the best eatery in town" in recognition of their efforts.
He added: "I shall explain. You probably have racists and paedophiles at the top of your hate list. But for me, it’s people who drop litter.

"I am not a believer in the death penalty, but as I have explained many times before, I would make an exception for people who can’t be bothered to find a bin.
"Seriously. I would have snipers in trees and on top of bus shelters, and there’d be no trials, no arrest, no reading of the rights. Just blam.
"Bullet in your head and your body dumped into a skip."
