A BLACK Mercedes was seized by the police on the M4 yesterday morning.
The Mercedes driver was stopped by Wiltshire Police's Roads Policing Unit officers on Saturday, January 27 for racing down the motorway at 98mph.
Police officers also found that the driver had a fraudulent driving licence and had tinted windows which breached the legal requirement.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: "Roads Policing Unit officers stopped a Mercedes on the M4 for driving at 98mph, the window tints were also at 24 per cent.
"The driver then handed us a fraudulent driving licence that would have been more convincing if it was home printed and stuck to a library card.
"The vehicle was seized and the driver was reported."
