THE amount of call outs by the fire service across the area last year has been revealed. 

An FOI request has revealed the number of incidents attended by Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service between January 1, 2023, and December 31, 2023.

According to the data provided, there were 5,785 call outs from fire stations in the county. 

Stow was the 12th busiest station with 160 call outs. Moreton was the 14th with 126.

Chipping Campden was the 18th busiest with 79 while Winchcombe had 60 call outs.
